Yup data centers need to be built near all major city's water supplies for ??? reasons. A closed loop cooling system can be designed to not even require continuous water input (does a liquid cooled pc require connection to household plumbing lol?) Salt water is equally effective, and coastal installation would enable tidal power generation options as an added benefit. Recycled waste water would also be an equally effective cooling liquid. But no we have to put every data center upstream of majority white population center's water supply. Really makes you think huh.
