I literally don't remember the last time someone said something to me on the street, must have been 10+ years ago. People don't approach randos. Maybe its different in a small town but I've never been (I've heard in the Midwest its notmal to go to the grocery store and have 30 minute conversations with people there). The only people I can think who would do that (Sir you got a light? some smokes?) are niggers, and niggers have been priced out of california. Trust me, it was shocking when I was a substitute teacher. Most schools had like 4 or fewer niggers in a class of over 1,000.
