Yea this was exposed in like 1995, just a few years after the H1B program was started but the internet was basically nothing back then and it was in very few newspapers and on very few TV stations. It was exposed many more times via the internet later on and at many different points during the last ~4-5 years. We need to start sending these frauds to El Salvador or executing them on the spot. And doing the same for those in this country that helped enable this to happen.
