>>538633059It's going to anyway now. Putin escalated and failed. This means when the time comes and he dies either by natural causes or a coup his system will collapse, because it's entirely dependent on him. His system will then be replaced by the victors meaning a pro Western modern democracy. Russia will be Westernised and by 2040 they will all be speaking English. And the average Russian will be much better off for it.

>>538632129Some rather war ravaged land in eastern Ukraine is the true answer. Secondary is because Russia/Putin do not like losing face like Trump is doing with Iran. Also sunk cost, now too many Russians have died, so much of the amazing amount of financial reserves that Russia built up with very careful spending for 20 years has been expended for giving up.Also because they don't really have another option anymore. Even if they already had Crimea fully secured before this war now if they pull back to the 2021 border there is no reason for the Ukrainians to not keep yeeting drones at every bridge, ship, truck and gas depot in Crimea till the Russians have to leave it just because it becomes impossible to manage. And Crimea is what really matters. The new provinces that have some value are only because they allow strategic depth to Crimea. Crimea has the big navy bases and allows ( if Ukraine stops throwing drones ) for Russia a relatively safe export line from Rostov port. Rostov connects to the Russian inland by river making it the second most important export and import point for Russia after the northern ports which are surrounded by NATO countries and can be closed any time NATO wants. If Ukraine has Crimea back than NATO can shut Russian exports completely as every port would be within range even of medium range missiles and drones. Russia would be left with only some of the artic ports ( when not frozen and still not safe routes) and the logistically horrible Vladivostok or being reliant on China and very long overland transport. If you are asking about the soldiers specific reasons to fight a few are nationalists but those are becoming scarce. Mostly it is because of money and due to not really understanding how deadly the front is. Many parts of Russia are brutally poor with little chances of financial growth getting 6 grands a month is like a 12 times the previous salary. The US equivalent would be being offered 350k+ per year
>>538633540Now they are paying even 6k usd a month for new soldiers. They keep increasing the payment to get more.

Turbo cuckoldry in the face of tyranny. That’s why they denounce each other.Enjoying cucking. Trying to use it to get ahead of the neighbours. If they weren’t turbocucking WHICH IS AN ASIAN THING and goes with the microscopic penises they (barely) have then they wouldn’t lurch from obe dictatorship to the next like they do.

>>538637170Ukraine and NATO can already shut down their access to international shipborne markets though. They have Turkey in the alliance, they can also control the mediteranean via greece, Italy, Cyprus etc.No matter what the Russians are landlocked there if NATO wants it.Owning crimea makes basically no difference to them and the only real justification it seems is chasing oil, or to keep Putin in another 20 years of power.
>>538632871This wouldn't even be so bad if they just stuck with the simple, aesthetic NORMAL rainbow flag instead of cucking out to every snowflake retard who thought that the RAINBOW which encompass ALL COLORS somehow didn't perfectly reflect their unique identity crisis, so now we're stick with this hideous aids-ass flag
>>538633222Flies. In the video you can watch these guys die literally minutes earlier. There's just that many bugs this time of year, it's pretty nuts.
they're gay.
>>538637255 I looked to see what you can get by freelancing in the war in ukraine/russia. Russia were paying as little as £3,000 to contracted civilians who were then dressed up as soldiers and sent off to distract drines in literal meat waves and the meat waves - that is an entirely real thing its not propaganda even if its propagandised. At the time kremlin narrative shills and gormless Poo’s were claiming that >”fantastic sums” were being paid to contractors.Okay that was EVERYONE who signed up got the £3,000 for signing the contact. There was then a second payment added to it which was set on a regional basis, theres just over 80 regions so it varied a great deal and I have seen it at £5,000 and £27,000 so as an average I’d say was about £14,500. >£3,000 + £14,000 = £17,500That’s 6 months wages here. Hardly “fantastic sums” to us. Meanwhile - I posted this a couple of times - working through private security companies for Ukraine, having a background showing competence & experience at security and weapon system familiarity will get you up to £1,400 per day. To put that in perspective back in the day going to Iraq after the war to do the same work organised by the same guys bagged you £500 a day. That’s private corporate work and not necessarily fighting on any front line. I don’t know what the Ukraine Foreign Legion are paying but I do know that it is being greatly expanded at the moment.
>>538638505>it is being greatly expanded at the moment*The Ukraine Foreign Legion, not the payment system. To be clear.

>>538637700I know the greek islands as well as any visitor. I’ll be going back in a few weeks i hope but i’m not sure where/when. Its usually too hot in July. The problem there is this, nobody wants to shut down the smuggling. Not the greeks, not any other government. It’s a stable enterprise and as safe as that type of business can be with only very occasional spill over when suddenly for example 5 guys will be gunned down in one hit - a full crime crew gone - and then years or decades of no trouble will follow. (i’m thinking if an event on Cyprus circa 2019). They smuggle between europe, africa and the middle east through the island networks in the med, ionian, Aegean. Its absolutely perfect for smuggling. Theres loads of inhabited islands. The daddies who own the legit shipping cartels are apparently letting the russian oil flow through the area. But really, what does anyone expect? The whole thing works that way on permissiveness and trouble is therefore avoided/minimised.Russians have generally vanished from that scene though. I was recently drunk-sailing in the ionian around zykynthos and … i forget the name, the island that the greek assassins creed is set upon at the start of the game.
