I wonder what the consequences would be of dismissing the temporary nurses early. I imagine that if they were still paid for the full 5 days then they wouldn't bother suing but if they weren't then they probably would since that'd be a breach of contract.Furthermore I imagine that there are special legal regulations regarding hospitals which may also dictate how unions must be handled.
