Here’s the thing about weed: it affects different people differently. No good way to predict what it’s going to do. For me, it clears my mind, makes me creative, productive, and athletic. It erases the continual fog of boredom I have to swim through sober and allows me to do everything I need to do without stress or strain. I will routinely take a huge hit of THC distillates between corporate meetings (wfh in the basement) and nobody has a clue. I work a challenging job and credit at least some of my success to my mental stability and clarity which is ironically brought on by weed.

But then there are people who turn into useless morons who just lock in on the couch and scarf snacks and watch crap entertainment, and they really shouldn’t be getting baked… it’s not good for them, it doesn’t help them.

It’s like how there are lovey drunks and mean ones. If we could get the latter to be banned from all bars and liquor stores and force them to be sober, the world would be better, but that’s not how freedom works.

Anyway, I used it when it was illegal, and now that it’s legal I’m pretty happy I can just walk ten minutes to a weed store and choose between 49 different kinds of vape cart. It’s pretty cool.
