Some rando recording you isn't connected to remote facial recognition software and LLMs who's sole purpose is to build a profile on you for the purposes of destroying your life if you say something the government doesn't like. Remember that these systems aren't here to actually catch criminals. Its to protect those same criminals they want to replace you with.
