Sometimes I think there's something a bit off with this guy, but every video I've seen of him, he is just letting these kids talk and tell their stories, as well as the parents. They often have rare diseases that probably actually benefit from having "awareness raised", unlike meme awareness campaigns like the pink ribbons (Yes, everyone knows breast cancer exists, for fucks sake, shut up about it already)I don't know, maybe it is a bit unethical to "exploit" the pity for clicks, but on the other hand maybe it is legitimately doing some good. I'm glad he has money and a brand associated with raising awareness for disease and helping people. There are worse things to have a brand for or a public identity. I often see these photos on this website and I can only assume that they are very notable in your lives for which I would say that is very fortunate. The only freaks I have ever seen are not disfigured or disabled people but people who appear normal but have vicious and desperate minds.
