It is really really nice that there are a lot more gen-x and millennial bosses, though. Since I don't have a boomer boss anymore it isn't watching people get run out of the work place until it's your turn to take the abuse. Nobody was ever good enough for boomers so they were always turning over staff and never finding a team they were okay with.

Yeah. I'm 30 years old, so I'm either the youngest millennial or the oldest zoomer. I definitely am a lazy piece of shit and am at my office two hours after closing because I'm too distracted posting here and watching YouTube videos to do the last 30 minute task I need to do before I go home. And the people younger than me are even worse. I don't know why we all pretend this isn't the case. I can admit it about myself, why can't you? It's not like any of us actually wants to do hard work.
