Russia has as many major mass school attacks as America with less than half the population, extremely high suicide rate, several events of teenagers randomly brutally murdering strangers in horrible ways with screwdrivers and hammers etc in sprees. But even outside of Russia, in Crimea for example, Russian kids shoot up schools and kill themselves, see the Kerch Polytechnic massacre, where a zigger kid dressed up as another school shooter then murdered Ukrainians and himself.
