These starter homes are only $575k

Anyone working a basic job making $160k a year can afford this

Why don't zoomers want to buy these?

Probably made with pressed wood and held together with glue. These boxed, cut and paste houses aren't even work the bargain basement price they want. Anything made after the 50s/60s is mostly shit.

In Japan I saw ads for like 30k

30k for a home like that (well it was a bit smaller) sounds like a dream, but think about what it takes to build a home. If only the government allowed it. They don't because high home prices make boomers rich. They are genociding ethnically european people that way.

Nice little bullshit story you got there.

75% of households have less income than $160K, which is barely a living wage in many parts of the US.
>>
I live in little Juarez and these border hoppers love shooting their guns here, but I have a nice river, woods and big park all outside my front door I can walk around at night with my cock out. Lots of places like op pic in nicer sides of my city, but I rather live next to speedy gonzales than in some glorified commieblock. Inb4 muh tacos but the dollar tacos are good too

And that doesn't include property taxes, insurance, upkeep, etc. So right now, realistically, a starter house would be around $5,500 / month PITI.

>>538716868
Thats not unreasonable for a husband and wife combined to make that. Obviously much rarer for single income. You can also buy a smaller home. My first home (townhome) in a nice neighborhood was 160k 10 years ago when I bought it and is still only like 280k now. Obviously it would be better to have a single family home, but you can absolutely start a family in a townhome or condo. I'm not denying the housing market isnt jewed beyond belief, but its still not impossible by any stretch yet.
>>
There are infinite opportunities for Americans to clear six figures. If you aren't you are falling behind. Money is God and it isn't rocket science.

>i deserve a free house because i cry all day on incel blogs

Euros get wide-eyed about US salaries but keep in mind:
>six-figures of student loan debt
>one medical emergency away from medical bankruptcy
>you're a bad person if you don't have an expensive car, so add to the list
>multiple maxxed out credit cards
>thousands in interest payments

All to get shot by a spic or nigger

>>538717258
It's seriously fucking rough out there...
I've been noticing lately, there are like no women in my town under 35 who aren't smoking hot. Like ridiculously hot, and they all dress like picrel wearing yoga pants-looking things.
The only thing that makes sense is they're all just wearing special clothes that shape their form. It was not like this even five years ago.

>>six-figures of student loan debt

Very literal skill issues, every one of those.
>>
>>538718963
How does "household income" come into play with roommate situations? Like, the people aren't family, they're hopefully friends, or maybe even just acquaintances. But almost every single person under 35 seems to have roommates now. If three people live in one apartment, does that mean over $100k "household income"?
I have a hard time believing every other person is quietly making six figures.
>>
>>538719499
Honestly, this seems to be the only way... I've developed so many fucking skills it's not even funny. Have had a lot of jobs and almost none of them I'm not the most skilled person in my field. But breaking above like $65k felt fucking impossible.

not necessarily, these homes are for Indians. pay more attention. specifically to the housing market in frisco texas. Jeets were buying homes just like these.

Then DJT imposed a $100,000 fine for H-1B applications.

Then, Jew Judge Leo Sorokin (Boston) ruled the fine unconstitutional.

If you paid attention to things, you’d be able to convert low quality bait threads into substantive political discussions.
