Im a highschool drop out. Ive been a manger at an autoglass company, warehouse manager, Operation Manger, and HVAC certified technician, you need a highschool Diploma to get into hvac school... Yet somehow i made it past that as well

They can check your certifications and whatnot and if you're not up to date you can't practice. Even mechanics. Some of the lesser ones are enforced by city code enforcement.
