I never understand how this illegal immigrant part is even possible. There are tons of visas available within the US visa system for absolutely everyone. And I dont understand and will never understand how someone can just travel to the US on something like a visitor visa or whatever, and just randomly live there like they do where they come from.If I as a Norwegian go to the US on either a tourist visa (6 months stay a year) or ESTA as I use when I travel to the US that allows me 90 days, and I overstay that shit, my own government will know that since the passport has registered it. And if I stay too long I would be considered staying so long outside my own country that I would have to register as someone who has moved from Norway and then lose benifits here and shit. And if I were to "just live" in the US I would need a job. And if I got a job I would have to register that within my own governmen since they have bilateral agreements with the US and will see that I make money. And in that case I would have to explain to the tax agency here that I am working there and have the proper documentation etc etc including proof of green card ++.Entire thing is just weird.

And I would have to pay taxes in the US and most likely some here too. I can employ people in the US within that LLC, but I cannot go there and work because they know I have left my country at the airport the minute I scan the passport. And if I am there for a year overstaying and shit, and that LLC has generated $200k, and my gov sees that I never scanned my passport within the legal limits of my US stay on the return date, I am fucked.
