I know it sounds like a joke question, but I’m genuinely curious. Like it doesn’t really serve a practical purpose- as far as I’m aware it’s not strategically located to anything, and it’s not sitting on top of a big oil deposit, so that kind of rules out it being purchased by the government or a private company, but then on top of that it’s got a more cursed history than The Amityville Horror house. Who is going to buy this thing- realistically speaking?
