it is getting warmer. why, i dont know. but i do know its getting warmer. i run a little pool/spa service and part of it is tracking when their pool gets cold enough that bacteria doesnt grow (mid to low 50s). when i began this career in the 2010s it was normal for all pools to hit that point by thanksgiving. for the past three years, none of them do and will hover in the 60s even in the dead of winter (southwest desert area, we dont open/close them). same pools, same yards, same everything. its just warmer weather

Impressive. Very nice.
Let's see that graph with temperatures, too.

when i started my business, i had a blue flannel which i used specifically for work only and would wear when it was cold out during winter months. i havent touched it in years

I would assume the ranges are based on location, so extremely hot doesnt mean the same for the uk as it does for mexico for example

I've noticed that the climate change is the most noticeable in the skin colours of Europeans. They're like 100 times darker than they were just 20 years ago.

I’m picturing in 80 years when the summers and winters get more and more extreme. Arctic blasts lasting weeks will be totally normal. Temperatures will reach the 100s across the entirety of North America. Millions of people will die every year while the elite hunker down in the underground bunkers they are secretly building now.

It's just a natural process (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milankovitch_cycles) being accelerated by pollution and industrialization, further being taken out of context for mass-hysteria purposes by the media. The climate isn't some static thing because the Earth's position relative to the Sun isn't static, either.

We currenty live in the interglacial period (which is the warm period), and it is projected that it will get warmer in the next several thousand years, before it inevitably starts decreasing and we gradually enter the glacial period. This isn't an on and off switch, either. It is a gradual thing.

Cycles are slow because it is a gradual change between the interglacial and glacial (which are complete opposites). This does not mean the temperature is uniform within these cycles, as I said, even without pollution, you'd have extremely warm periods within the interglacial period.

We have been in the interglacial period before the hominids even moved to Europe (if you believe in the out of africa theory). It is estimated that, without any external influence, the Milankovic cycles complete in around 40k years. We are 1/4 through that and it is only getting warmer, when the next cycle will, due to the Earth's position, make the temperature colder (significantly btw, in ~30000 years it will be an inevitable ice age without technological interference)

The climate getting warmer will affect the global south more than anyone else. Sure, the temperature in Europe will become higher, but the initial point is relatively low.

If you believe the out of africa theory like I said above, then this climate change (due to Milankovic cycles) is the reason why groups of hominids left Africa for Europe (even though we now have reason to believe the out of africa theory is incorrect, because of recent findings in China)

Reminder it was so hot in the 60s during the summer that they literally made music about it and had culture revolving around using water hydrants to cool off.

The whole global warming narrative was based on false "scientific" data.
Picrel is excerpts from 'The First Global Revolution' (1992 first edition only), by the Club of Rome, a Rockefeller think tank that has Al Gore as a member.

isn't it equally possible that they become less extreme?

I can remember trick or treating as a little kid and the big parent issue was leaves in gutter. Being it encouraged kid to walk in the street too far. Yet now the leaves aren't even down by the end of October, it's just too warm.
We have basically broken the world. I'll be long dead before there is any real consequences to these actions. I assume history is going to judge everything about the first few decades of the 2000. It's when we really see these attempts to make changes but everything gets cock blocked by corps.

Christmas used to be in the 20s and low 30s here. Obviously it doesn't always snow but there were multiple times where we had a "White Christmas".

It's been like 15 years since the last one.
