Someone said in a thread earlier this week that all the rich kids in Germany eat raw meat. What are the political implications?

The Barbarian's sushi, envy of the world

What they didn't tell you was that it's human meat.
>>
>>538768170
It's pretty good when prepared by a German
But can you take that risk?
>>
The implications of a succulent german meal?

My grandpa used to eat raw mince on bread his whole life.
They had to take out his colon and lower intesting in his 70s.
He still made it to 88.
He also drank mostly soda and ate lots of cake. I'd never seen him eat any fruit or vegetable.
>>
>>538768572
he could've lived to be 150 if he did
>>
It's no more expensive than minced pork (which it is) so even poor people eat it
>>
>>538768170
For me, its spam and kinder surprise eggs shells. The sandwich is a surprisingly tasteful masterpiece thick, satisfyingly moist Spam slices rich with salty, savory umami yet firm, yielding texture, paired with randomly, but perfectly crushed kinder surprise chocolate shells in a luxurious mosaic of creamy milk alpine sweetness. All harmonious richness of contrast and playful indulgence that elevates every bite into pure, tasteful perfection.

People here are total wimps when it comes to food, so no. We can't even eat "gristle" (the soft collagen rich bits stuck to a chicken leg bone) without getting grossed out. Asian food is nightmare fuel for us.
>>
>>538769028
This is why hitler didnt like you
>>
mettbrotchen, they use raw pork mostly, belgians and french do it too, steak tartare, usually raw cow, or a mix of both. Its really good, stupid good, surreal how good raw meat is. But it has to be quality stuff and you have to be used to it somewhat or you'll spend a week on the shitter.
>>
>>538769028
Also you know the rules, show tits
>>
>>538768170
>What are the political implications?
We can respect modern Germans for at least one singular thing they do.
>>
>>538769161
Considering how good raw salmon is, I can believe it.
>>
>>538768170
Why is german food suddenly being posted here every day?
>>
>>538768381
Is this why your Bavarians and austrians grow fuck huge?
Genuine question.

>>538768499
I make pork medium to medium rare. We haven't had a trichinosis case in these United States since the 80s so it's probably safe.

Absolutely disgusting, for me its soft cooked egg yolks on toasted and buttered bread, 3 yolks per piece of toast, then you can fold the toast and basically make a sandwich. Would probably go great with cheese and a little bacon but then its just a regular breakfast sandwich
>>

No reason you couldnt do it in america, buy quality meat, maybe for the first few times freeze and unfreeze it first, kills any potential bacteria almost as certain as cooking it would. We dont do this because used to it. Grind the meat after unfreezing, add some salt and pepper, some raw onions and place it on whole grain bread. Thats it, simple. Pork is how germans usually do it, cow is mostly french, 50/50 is common in belgium.
>>
>>538769406
Doesn't freezing it damage the tissue though?
>>
>>538768170
That stuff is called "Hackepeter" where I come from. Yes it's raw minced pig meat. No it's not dangeours because German butchers used to do correct "Fleischbeschau" procedures with a "Trichinenkontrolle" done by a laboratory. Nowadays I wouldn't trust it because the butcher is Ali and in the lab works Shaniqa.

It's hard enough to find steak tartare in the US, I don't think restaurants would be able to sell raw pork at all. I used to live near a Lebanese restaurant that had kibbeh nayeh, but I think they used beef instead of lamb.

>>
>>538769480
Less tasty but still stupid good. A lot of meat sold here is specifically intended for raw consumption, butchers just sell ground beef raw in a pot and we eat it. I dont believe this is available in the US, nor is your stomach used to it. To do it safely buy the best freshest meat you can and freeze + unfreeze it first, grind it yourself. First time you eat raw meat youll wonder why you've been cooking it for decades. But the first time you'll spend a week on the shitter you'll remember why.

hi Höcke, great fan, but please stop cucking "I'm not a racist!!"
>>

Damn, I would give my soul for a Mettbrötchen right now ... :p
>>
>>538769406
>50/50 is common in belgium
where the fuck is it common? beef yes but pork or mixed?
>>
>>538769900
Filet américain raw cow is most common but most butchers have préparé de porc (raw pig) too
Steak tartare is also common, usually raw cow, specialty shops have this 50/50
Pâté, terrines, cured sausages is mostly pork and is raw meat pretty much
Raw minced pork on bread like German Mettbrötchen is sold here but less, mostly near the german border where its common as street food even
>>
>>538769623
for me, it's peanut butter and miracle whip

For most meatballs and stuff like that we do 2:1 beef:pork or veal.
Try it sometime. Quite good!

I'm pretty sure you can just eat raw meat you bought a couple days ago in most of the first world and never have any issues on account of the average farm animal never going outside long enough to get any sort of disease and being fed a strictly controlled diet laced with so many antibiotics it'd be healthier than I am if it wasn't for the obesity and broken legs.

being deathly afraid of salmonella instead of just remembering it exists and maybe you should cook that almost expired piece of chicken properly is one of those things that stopped making sense a while ago but we're still doing out of habit, like kicking the gas pedal when your car won't start.
>>

I have eaten raw pork in Germany, but I would avoid it especially if it's supermarket stuff. It was funny tasting like almost sweet or something if I recall.
Used to eat raw beef mince now and then but now that it's super expensive here I stopped buying. Finland is so retarded place it's unbelievable.

Raw meat is one of the healthiest foods you can eat but the riskiest too, depending on source. This is a piece of esoteric knowledge that a few elite level scientists know but you cant really publicly advise people to do it or you may be liable if they do it wrong and get sick.

Terry Wahls did a whole bunch of research on how to put her MS into remission and succeeded, she wrote a book about it too. Her advice on elimination diet gets more and more extreme depending on if early version helped you or not, last version she advises in most extreme circumstance is just meat diet no milk/eggs, and she hints that raw is best but doesnt advise it due to legal reasons.

Had a great irc buddy from near Lapland.
Finland is magical if you avoid the Communist cities. But I'm sure some of your idiosyncrasies drive you up the wall.

I'd live off raw reindeer and mocha pot coffee if I was there. Pressure coffee?
