I usually use Olive Oil in the pan, Salt, Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, Squeeze of Lemon over the top of Salmon while you're cooking it in the pan, maybe even a small pad of grass fed butter on top of the fish while it's cooking, allowing it to melt into the Salmon.

Gigacheap, I fry in a pan and use some olive oil, $6 a bottle and I use maybe less than 1/12 so im thinking 50 cents. Breading uhh just flour and some cornstarch. Seasonings are regular seasonings that everyones should have. And wet batter is 2 eggs and some milk. All in all this is less than $1.50 of other ingredients that everyones should have anyway and it cooks very quick

I make salads sometimes but not with fish. I do butter leaf lettuce or arugula, green olives, cheese (like a good Parmesan or goat cheese), cherry tomatoes, red onion, croutons, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, cucumber. Sometimes it can do without the cucumber or onion. The dressing is lemon juice, olive oil, honey. If I don't have a lemon I'll do apple cider vinegar and some braggs aminos. I toss it twenty times with a fork, bring sure to rough up the salad a little bit, what I call "bruising", it gets the juices in the leaves and other bits to come out and mix together, and softens the salad a little so you don't have just rough big disparate chunks.

Oh also for the dressing you can add a touch of dijon, but I wouldn't add the braggs in that case. Braggs is only for if you don't happen to have a lemon handy. I have these weird rules. Dijon goes well with the lemon and honey. Braggs is very overpowering so I only use it if I don't have bright flavors. It's hard to explain.
