can someone explain the appeal of rap? all i hear is bothersome noise. it's shit. it's simplistic, it's boring, it does nothing. it's not good music. black voices are not pleasant to listen to.
it's also the most popular music right now, especially among whites, which is astonishing to me. every time i see some ghetto loser blasting this crap, i want to end myself. what the fuck is going on? there's a world of good music out there and it seems like everyone listens to this trash.
i mean look at this individual. look at him. it's obvious he's contributed precisely zero art to the history of humanity, and yet he's probably incredibly rich. he's a dumb as a fucking brick and has legions of fans. he's a vulgar, crass fuck, and i know if you polled Americans more of them would be able to identify this guy than could identify, say, Dvorak, or John Cage.

most people dont even deserve to be alive. dont bother worrying about their choice of music and focus on figuring out exactly how and when you're going to slaughter them like the cattle they are

It's nigger getto music.
Niggers can barely pronounce words ,so its for retards, niggers or other who live in ghetto.
Ghetto dwellers can socialize with it.

A lot of old hip hop had fun beats compiled from old R&B songs, and you could actually understand what MC Bix Nood was saying. I like some of it.

I bee chillin' with my boys and the hallway always makin' noise!
*Beep*
I ain't even worried bout the sound, we lean on fent' til we hit the ground!
*Beep*
I rap about my life, because white men don't understand the strife!
*Beep*
The hallway drops the bear, while I'm spittin' rhyme heat!
*Beep*
It reminds of the streets, like when I slide on the court with my sneaks!
*Beep*
Can't afford a metronome, so the hallway keep it steady while I'm rappin' in the zone!
*Beep*

Now my house is burnin' down and my ashes won't be found!

Welcome to the 90s, people have thought all that for 30+ years. Truth is, they can hype and shovel out pretty much anything. Most people seem to confuse familiarity with liking something, so they just play the same shit ad nauseum and people just go with it.
>>
>>538775575
because it feels rebellious , take a look at nigger rapper concerts and you'll only see teen morons attending them
>>
I used to listen to a lot of it growing up, but it's lost it's charm. I think a lot of the appeal is the flow and consistency of the beats. A lot of older rap used to be about something, there was a message, even if there was nigger gang gang shit as well, but a lot of these OG guys were legit, they grew up in the ghetto and were talking about what actually happened. Nowadays it's primarily just about flexing and bragging, and it's mostly made by middle class posers who have never worked for anything or known adversity.

It used to be about the struggle, the hustle, it was an outlet.

There's none. For the second year in a row no rap music made the top 40. Coincidentally after USAIDS was cut, no more rap songs became 'famous'

AI music is really getting good, been listening to all the AI Psychedelic Downtempo Desert Groove channels on youtube, like MushroomWind, its way beyond slop now

Well, that's what happens when you use the same trap beat in every song for 15 years while some 60IQ mong high on glue slurs his words into a microphone.

>can someone explain the appeal of rap? all i hear is bothersome noise.
It's the foundation of hypnotism. A repetitive beat played over and over again. I'd give more details but I don't feel like writing a blog. It's designed as a hack to your mind.

Its easy, simple, and repetitive. Simple minds love it. Thats why the Beatles were so famous.
>>
>>538775575
Have you ever heard gummo? That song is extremely low IQ but it slaps, it represents very well how it must feel to be a kneegrow.
>>
>>538778807
But niggers were much more violent in the 70s and 80s when they only listened to funk and The Comondores.
>>
>>538775575
as a john cage fan i realized you were shitposting when you mentioned him
