And I also suspect Ukrainians have intel when the sp3cific rafinery gets raw oil deliveries, so they sfrike exactly when they prepare to rafine a fresh batch, so they can't e.g. overproduce and stock, and brush off strikes during idle time (in large production facikities idle time actually would just mean lower production speed, large planys basically go non-stop). So every strike causes massive damage and stoppage, and even more if timed.
