So I may not be advanced but for someone with no guidance or even any education (left school at 12), within 6, nearly 7 years I had learnt a lot. If kids take an interest, they'll learn. Most will remain Itoddlers for life. But you can say the same for most Millennials and gen z anyways. Nothing much will change except the normies of the tech world will get shafted more

He did not understand how to find switch port 15 on a switch when it tells you which port is port 1 and which is port 2. Above all else what I despise about zoomers is how addicted they are to their phones. I give a task, 3 minutes later neck craned down to phone. Ask if task is done. Oh nah I was taking a break. They lack any ability to just work and the idea of while you are at work if you have no task and are given one then you do that task and then go back to goofing off is lost on them. And I also hate how poor they are at digital communication. Typing speeds less than 30 wpm and grammar is torn to shreds from having phone tell them how to spell words. Just all around they are on the same level as mid 60s boomers.
