Because jews have a distinct sense of peopledom and have a proven track record of serving their people to the detriment of others. It's not like there are large numbers of Germans in America who prefer to hire other Germans. Other Europeans integrated into the white American identity, Jews retain their own separate identity. A big part of it is their religion, which is wrapped up with their ethnicity. It's called an ethnocult. Since Jews identify as their own people, they are by definition a separate, foreign people from us (Americans). Same with blacks.

I'm south italian and my skin color is like the one of the Italian in the pic. I don't consider myself White, but Caucasian. "White" is a word invented by Americans because they have nothing to identify themselves, so I correctly use the word "Caucasian" to describe southern European like me, or Greek or Spanish.
