I went pants shopping yesterday looking for the size I was a couple months back. Barely anyone had my size and it felt terrible. I knew I had let myself go, but never that bad. As I was going from store to store I realized how hard I had made this for myself and how I needed to work harder to correct my awful habits and lifestyle that led me to get so fat. Then I realized how wild it was that never for an instant did I think, "this store needs to change for me," and was bewildered at how that would ever be a first go to thought. The fact that would cross anyone's mind is absolutely insane and it shows how far we have fallen to make excuses for such unhealthy lifestyles.A bit of good news though, upon trying on my previous size I found that I was swimming in it and, through several months of heavy workouts and choosing alternatives to sweets and junk food I have lost significant weight without really noticing it. Sadly, I think for most people with the OP pics mentality, the problem will take care lf itself.

My wife strangely has been loving it. I used to be very lanky so for a while the weight just made me look more normal and filled out. But now my cardio sucks and I’m getting softer and squishier. I think the beer really is a big problem. I don’t drink a lot, but 2-3 beers are a lot of liquid calories. They add up fast. Plus as you said it’s just bad for you. The last time I went dry for a month I looked and felt great. Really need to get back on the wagon.
