Whites who are hired in those positions are minorities and have to work 3-4 times as hard to maintain the position. The people being replaced now are the PM's and management. His parents were both doctors and his brothers went on to ivy league schools (Stanford and MIT) all my coworkers that I have gotten along with have been Indian.
