Is there a shortened term for this logical fallacy? It seems like a simple anecdotal, but it's worse than that. It's whenever you tell a woman "this generally happens" and she invariably responds with "nuh uh, I've seen THIS happen before! hah! gotcha!"

The latter two are significantly less regulated in men.Regardless, the reason why we call women emotional has nothing to do with everyday situations, but with high stakes situations. Men are instinctively more composed when an important or risky situation occurs that has to be dealt with immediately, whereas women tend to be more panicky and less focused. That's it. Basically, when shit's going down, a man will be calmer. When a favourite football club is losing, it's ultimately irrelevant and we know it deep down, so you'll find plenty of men just letting out their anger openly.
