Good as it turns out a small group of early live owns like 90% of the trade and keep the prices artificially high. There is nothing rare about a diamond.

diamonds and gems are a scam; the only time they have worth is when it is attached to human misery. my mom has a pigeon blood ruby ring; she got it from her mother who got it back in the 50s or something. thing is, those rubys only come from i think two or 3 mines in burma....and they cut peoples hands off their for workers misconduct

Do people think women care about the diamonds themselves?
They could already get one bigger and purer than any natural ones for a few hundred bucks. They will go into a rage if someone tries to give them one.
The entire point is demanding something expensive and labor intensive while they themselves sit idle.
>>
>>538856137
You're a dumbass. Diamonds were never rare, their price was always artificial. Gold is actually rare and we can't just fabricate it. Silver is and always has been close to worthless, there's massive untapped supply of silver because the value is too low to bother harvesting it.

I don't know what the news is about, but diamonds for industrial use have been inexpensive for a long time, thanks to that technique that didn't require high pressures.
Gem-quality diamonds have remained valuable because no one wants to wear synthetic ones, even if the diamond is 100% identical to a natural one (in fact, it’s superior because it has fewer inclusions and imperfections). But for people, it’s like wearing a fake Rolex. And of course, the Jews at De Beers acting like Jews... nothing new on that front...

even silver has to be controlled to some extent so the worthless tag doesn't apply. If all of it was dug up then it would simply just be another material like copper etc and used in industry etc. So gold, silver are controlled somewhat with gold having the speculation and reserve status far more as it is rarer and easier to control/manipulate.

silver is too aggregate
there is no controlling it's extraction. you mine anything you come out the other end with some appreciable volume of silver
Many minerals are similar, but silver in particular is very evenly distributed.
the only way you're impeding silver extraction is by stuffing it back into the earth or else collapsing all global industry such that mining ceases generally.

There's no lack of availability. Industrial diamonds are easily manufactured and cheap. They're also molecularly identical to natural diamonds. The only way to tell a natural diamond and a synthetic apart is the DeBeers stamp. The natural diamonds cost hundreds of times more.

Synthetic corundum (sapphire, ruby) is extremely cheap. The idea is that, as I mentioned in another post, people who want to wear gemstone jewelry probably won't want synthetic stones, likely because their value is so low. You can buy a huge, cut synthetic ruby to display on your shelf for a few dozen dollars (and chemically, it is the same mineral as the real one).

AI On Cheap Diamonds:

Extreme Heat Dissipation: Diamond conducts heat five times better than copper. Cheap diamond wafers will serve as the ultimate "heat sink" for AI data centers and smartphones, allowing chips to run at extreme speeds without melting.

Diamond Semiconductors: Silicon is reaching its physical limits. Diamond can handle much higher voltages and temperatures, paving the way for "power electronics" that make electric vehicle chargers and power grids 90% smaller and more efficient.

Everlasting Cutting Tools: Industrial drills, saws, and mining equipment currently use expensive diamond grit. Dirt-cheap diamond blades will drastically lower the cost of tunneling, highway construction, and recycling dense materials.

Frictionless Machinery: Coating mechanical parts, bearings, and pistons in a microscopic layer of diamond will virtually eliminate friction. This will extend the lifespan of industrial pumps, wind turbines, and car engines indefinitely.

Imperishable Medical Implants: Because diamond is pure carbon, it is completely biocompatible. Joint replacements, artificial heart valves, and bionic implants coated in diamond will never wear down or be rejected by the human body.Indestructible

Optics: High-power industrial lasers, deep-sea cameras, and aerospace sensors require windows that won't scratch, warp, or crack under extreme pressure and heat. Cheap diamond panes will become the standard.

Upgrading Everyday Consumer Goods
Scratch-Proof Luxury Items: While full phone screens are hindered by brittleness, thin-film diamond coatings will become standard on smartwatch faces, premium camera lenses, and kitchen countertops to make them entirely immune to keys, sand, and blades.

Thank you China.

They've been able to mass produce diamonds for decades already. They just use them for industrial manufacturing, not jewelry, because the jewelry cartel threatened to assassinate people if they flooded the market with mass produced gems.

>That doesn't sound like it would be profitable any time soon for now
It will not be profitable ever in judeo-feminized society. Only hard an inefficient manual labor will be valued because it creates suffering and makes both jews and women feel special as they are excluded from hard labor.
But goypitalism is just a dead evolutionary branch that will be discarded as soon as goyim population drops enough that maintaining society is impossible. Then asia will overtake control and inherit the world.

We brought a big fake one into a coin gallery and they had some light gun there. It could tell the diamond was manufactured.

From what I have heard there is not structural difference and they are probably selling lab made diamonds as real diamonds already. It's not like businesses won't like to make cash. You only have to sell one or two a week to keep a high end jewellery business going.
