The employed people in the US pay for healthcare insurance for themselves and their family, and then they are taxed to pay for the healthcare of the chronically unemployed people who collect "free" healthcare, "free" education, "free" food, "free" housing, "free" internet, and "free" living assistance to pay for cell phones and such. Meanwhile, the employed pay for all of that for themselves plus they are taxed to pay the cost of all of that for the chronically unemployed.
