The whole system is set up for collapse and capture.The workers are paid just enough (maybe) to live and eat pay check to pay check. The companies are on a neverending treadmill of profitability and much worse the stock value on the market. That stock price doesn't go up quarter to quarter and investors pull out so in a way the companies themselves are running pay check to pay check.This is of course unsustainable and eventually every company's product reaches a point where the customer base will no longer grow just sort of crab along of contraction and expansion as customers are traded between competing companies. So the only thing that's left is slashing costs.
