To solve the food dessert problem you need to have less black people stealing from the store, and forcing major grocers to stay out of the predominantly black areas of towns because of the added costs of doing business there.Food desserts are a real thing. I can drive 30-40 minutes to "the hood" and they have these rinky dink grocery stores like "cash saver" and it's like... stepping in to a 1990s food lion.In nicer parts of town you've got the full range though, aldi, sprouds, whole foods, walmart, kroger and other stores to pick from.
