However after you are filtered for our positions, a non-HR person does an interview and finds out if you actually know the shit you wrote down.If however it's not a "knowing stuff and using your brain" position, you will absolutely get the job just by filling out the correct keywords and will probably hold that position for years, even if you arent qualified.
