China can trade the billions of $'s of US Treasury bonds for any oil they may need. Russia has tremendous oil and natural gas supply in Siberia available to sell to China also. When Japan, South Korea and China start dumping US Treasurys to buy oil the US Dollar will lose purchasing power even faster than it has recently.
