When I was living at home and paying rent in my 20s I was mocked by friends and coworkers but they were often receiving rent assistance from parents. My question is, why would they do that? Were they brainwashed to do it by property owners who wanted more rent?

My parent let me live rent free until I had enough money for my own place. They were smart enough to see that prices were going up and only affordable areas were full of niggers. And my parents were racist too
