>>539088580I think this is intentional but not in the way you think.If this was on the entry side, you are not getting a bunch of random people from all over to do it.What I suspect is that in a federal database, WHITE is the default, and if not changed defaults to White.Thus, all error goes in one direction, people forgetting, and states often have more race classifications for IDs than federal, which is just White, Black Native, Asian, Hispanic.
