This is the flag of my state, Santa Catarina.Leftists from other parts of the country hate us because we are the "nazi state" (because we are mostly white, germanic heritage and right/conservative leaning)There are few nazis here, but most people here are just regular, hard working people.I myself am a little left leaning and many people here are just like me, mixed people, gays etc.Other brazilians like to harass us because they see us as a threat to their existence.Silly behavior, they treat us worse than argentinians, it is like they don't even consider us part of the country.This division really bothers me. It deepens the political problems we have instead of improving the integration.Most people don't even know us or are interested in our beautiful state, but they tall whatever sounds cool on the internet.
