When you lose 20%, you need 25% gain to get it back.

When you lose 50%, you need 100% gain to get it back.

And this is assuming you actually invested early where you are still in green instead recently where you are already in the red.
>>
>>539102983
Because things aren't just down 6%. Outside of US tech meme stocks everything has been struggling to keep its head above water for years (see: German industrials)
with dolan starting World War Jew everything's just got fucking worse.

Are you retarded? When has the Chinese stock market ever gone up? It has even underperformed European markets in the last 2 decades.
Chinese gov extracts money out of companies that are doing well. Economy does OK, but Chinese stocks thus are never competitive

We're already fucked. Reality is going to set in eventually, and AIfags will have to explain why they'll never build their proposed Midgar sized datacenters powered by nuclear reactors and gas turbines. This was a cartoonish fantasy build-out for something that still can't answer simple questions correctly.

AI is definitely being oversold to an ignorant public, but this idea that there's nothing in the tech is ridiculous. It will probably crash, but what finds a way to survive will definitely be worth looking into.

80% of China's manufacturing output is consumed domestically. Of the goods exported from China, only about 15% go to the United States.
>>
>>539104442
The AI situation is perfectly analogous to the DotCom bubble of 1998-2001 era. Most of that period was completely memory holed so few understand it.

ignore china as a producer, think of it only as a consumer
they will economically compete for our oil and all alternative energy sources
our energy costs will inevitably go up
yurop is fucked, but we won't fare too much better
nobody is winning this one, this could be the first move to cripple china's manufacturing before we go to war with them

I keep posting this on /biz/. Some autistic pig farmer in the 1870s made a 180 year forecast that was correct 90% of the time. A Soviet commie also independently confirmed it. Not a grand conspiracy other than the choice of timing. Just knowing about solar cycles affecting crop production and how it affects the rest of the economy.

This is for the stock market. Bitcoin was created in 2009 and didn't get to over $1000 until 2017 when it really took off. I would say this is correct. But it is tied to physical gold. Which usually isn't in step with the stock market. But now it is being regulated like the stock market. Crypto resembles Ponzi scheme patterns yet defies them. So good luck making sense of it.

Wait a year or so for most stuff. I notice that they orchestrate mass dumps one year then start buying up the next for a mini pump in the middle of the Benner cycle when there should be a bear market. Really there are 2 optimal years to buy because of these planned crashes. Started to become noticeable by the 1960's. That is part of why the stock market was so flat for most of the 20th century.

There are CEOs who pay astrologists for consultation. Benner and Kondratiev also really got into astrology. Might have noticed planets gravity pulling the sun off its barycenter. My first thought before finding this out was some sort of occult ritual. I guess it was also ancient people noticing patterns. Some guy invented heliocentric astrology in the 90's and he is still alive writing books. I should go back to that and see if it is really more scientific for predicting the the logic of where the stock market should be and if the planned crashes are still following outdated astrology.

>>539107828
Is a wealth disparity issue, 60% of north America wealth is concentrated on the 10% of the population, the 90% has to compete for the 40% remainder.
This creates conditions where that 90% needs to get into heavy debt to maintain the standard of living while the wealth of the 10% soars as you see in the first world stock exchanges.

In that regard real American GDP is far lower than reported and a correction that solves the wealth gap might involve an extremely heavy taxation of the 10% or an outright WW 1 or 2 scenario that kills vast amounts of the population and forces the government to do massive war spending, or a nation wide epidemic that kills much of the labour force.
