The natives also have a lot of forest rangers set up to patrol the land and prevent arson as these are often caused by a retard violating the no campfire or burning garbage rule not lightning or le climate change.Instead of gibs to jeets and nigs that shouldn't be here we can easily fund some national forest maintenance service
