Being against A.I and Automation is like being against industrial technology, crop rotation, or even bulldozers. All those technologies destroyed jobs at the time of their inception and diffusion, but they made society better.
>>539128961but mr nosenberg told me if we keep funding ai i wont have a job anymore.
>>539128961there is no plan to make the prices go down so no, it's not good for us, the consumers, at all.
If I'm a worker that is being displaced by AI then of course I'll be mad because I'll be jobless. Its entirely rational. I don't care about 'making society better' that could justify all kinds of totalitarian measures
>>539130605Prices don't go down, that's deflation, the central banks will prevent that. But relative prices will absolutely go down, and that's good.>>539130640You'll get a better job
AI unironically is a good thing due to population collapse but ONLY IF boomers stop mass immigration. The entire reason they do it is to upkeep the ponzi scheme that's our financial system. If automated works, then population decline doesn't mean jack shit
>>539130799I support mass immigration and A.I
>>539130799Yeah but this will be mostly owned by trillionaires. That's the problem. If this was somehow owned by communities and managed for their own good, that'd be fineOr if we had local models that were powerful enough that everyone could run their own business shop to produce something, also great.
>>539131101>If this was somehow owned by communities and managed for their own good, that'd be fineThat's literally socialism. You're describing a socialist system.>Yeah but this will be mostly owned by trillionaires. That's the problem.Nope, billionnaires and trillionnaires will own a tiny %. It will mostly be owned by people who work hard and get a job and decide to save.
>>539128961It could have been but you ruined it so now its not.
>>539130737your bot is stupid. Make a new thread with a better argument this is already unsalvageable.
>>539131569You being completely uneducated and historically illiterate is not my problem, it's a you problem. Read books and come back.I don't care about spreading my views to low human capital and white trash.
>>539128961What's a economy?>t. unemployable for five years
>>539128961>, but they made society better. How would you know that retard you just sit infront of your PC all day and own nothing
>>539131696>He says as he drinks Champagne on his daddys yacht while whining about how bad he has it.You're the epitome of the whiny Gen Z with a silver spoon.
>>539131751you were implying you grandparents had it worse not me.
>>539128961Explain me how do you make a society work with millions and millions of people not having a job and just doing whatever they want everyday. How does that society work? Will the government just give people money for doing nothing? Who will get more money if there are no jobs to study for that pay more money? Everyone will get the same amount of money? So no meritocracy?
>>539130872Then you are retarded That is all
>>539128961>but they made society betterSociety is significantly worse.
>>539128961got any material evidence for this? so far it's all pointing the other way, at least the way we're using this technology
>>539132206https://www.socred.org/s-c-action/social-credit-views/the-economics-of-social-credit-in-summary/a-synopsis-of-social-credithttps://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLFVz603I5IiUeWnFdrC9RlVEiCaG-OskYEveryone gets a National Dividend based on national productivity. Those that want to can work as well. Western nations are already productive enough that if the financial sector looting is done away with we would all get a significant National Dividend. If AI and Automation really take off, the productivity gains would provide us all with comfortable incomes.
>>539133689Why would the companies share their profits with people that don't work for them or do nothing in return?
>>539133944>Why would the companies share their profits with people that don't work for them or do nothing in return? It isn't the companies. The National Dividend comes from the government taking back its sovereign right to create the nations money. Currently in most countries money is created by private banks creating it as debt to themselves, thereby gaining huge unearned profits. This debt based money is essentially a huge skim off of the entire economy. It is a large reason why most governments and citizens are broke; the banks are squeezing the entire economy. In the Social Credit system, the government creates debt free money. The amount created is based on the productivity of the economy so as to be non-inflationary nor deflationary. The newly created money has to get out into the economy. Some gets out through government expenditure. For the rest, the fairest way is to give everyone an equal share. This also creates buyers for the products produced by the economy.
>>539132206You boost GDP so everyone gets not only a job but a high paying job
>>539132524If you disagree you are subhuman
>>539132589Yup, every economics textbook outside of the Marxist School
this country is doomed
>>539135314Social credit is MMT which is socialism
>>539136187Nope, automation will save it
>>539130605>there is no plan to make the prices go down so no, it's not good for us, the consumers, at all.The market will fix it.
>tfw paid to program robotic systems using AI tools
>>539136192https://www.socred.org/s-c-action/social-credit-views/social-credit-vs-socialism/why-social-credit-is-not-socialismhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TqXrYQ7apEY&list=PLFVz603I5IiUeWnFdrC9RlVEiCaG-OskY&index=14
>>539135314>the fairest way is to give everyone an equal share. So why would someone study or do something if everyone gets the same amount of money and can buy the same things? I don't think a society without meritocracy can work well. It will create a society of lazy people just drinking, eating and partying to death. Some say that people will still want to study and create things just to help the community but I disagree, I think people are lazy by nature and most people work only because they have to, not because they like to contribute to society.
>>539138046That may be an issue, but if so would be regardless due to automation and AI. However, with Social Credit you are still able to work. There will be jobs for those that want them. Also, businesses will be easier to start due to the nature of the new debt free monetary system. Also, without the banks skimming the economy, workers will keep more of or all of their earnings.
the only people who benefit from AI and automation are the people who own it. KILL YOURSELF SHILL.
>>539139914Yet you’re the one getting rich off it
>>539139914With Social Credit, business owners own their businesses and keep their profits. That still increases the countries productivity, and therefore increases the National Dividend everyone receives. Everyone wins.
>>539128961>but they made society betterFor who? Everyone claims this but its not really obvious.>inb4 diseaseNo one is healthy now. Industry made everyone sick and then meds came along to cover up the symptoms. Everyone is sick now.
