Tipping is stupid, but for good service I leave some money. More than $9 for a few hours. I'd probably look at about 10-15 dollars an hour, if they're lacking or lazy, its less. If they're attentive and helpful, it's more. I like to think of it as a bit of a bonus for their time spent, not just extra money because my food was pricier. Not that I eat out much mind you - maybe once a year. Usually when work drags me to something.
