What do I actually do at this point? I'm 32 and all I've done is work in a circuit board factory for 6 years. Went from $15/hr in 2019 to $26/hr in 2025 when I got laid off. Have $80,000 saved. But I'm too fucking retarded to do much with it. I have an additional $85,000 in IRA accounts. But I can't touch that til I'm basically dead. All I want is a trailer home to live in, but I can't have that without a fucking 458 dollar a month HOA fee, and you get evicted if you don't pay it, from the house you """own,""" so I guess I'll just go fuck myself.Basically if I don't start making $35+/hour then my life is just non-viable. I thought about learning mobile auto detailing and doing that as my own business, but apparently that's a TikTok meme. I don't know what else to do at this point. I was a lot sharper when I was younger, taught myself various instruments, taught myself programming, etc. but none of that ever helped me make money.Should I just give up? They won't give you a loan for it, and all the land parcels around here are gigantic, or small and cost like 180,000. They don't see a trailer as an asset, they won't give you loans to pour the slab, put in the septic / well, and wire it up. All of this costs bajillions of dollars anyway so it ends up with your trailer home costing like 400,000 dollars while the building itself only cost like 120,000.
