The actual red pill about the South is that most of the confederates were Christians who geniuenly viewed slavery as a form of welfare for nogs because of how dire their conditions were in africa. If their intention was just to enslave them for profit, that would be one thing, but a lot of them saw it as a paternal relationship. That's the actual reason the Confederacy sucked.
