Second Iranian strike in two days precisely hit a Kuwaiti power/desalination plant, sparking a large fire. A similar plant was hit yesterday. i noticed iranian missiles burn all the way until impact, but russian missiles don't. the russian ones also seem to have much more powerful warheads. so iran is trading explosive power (reduced warhead size to make space for extra fuel to keep the engines fired) for extra speed (to reduce interception rates).
