The one that really sticks out in my mind is The Hunt for Red October with Sean Connery supposedly playing a Russian but speaking with his thick Scottish accent, but then other members of the Russian crew either put on Russian accents or keep their American accents - like just hire some fucking Russian actors, I don't care if they're B-grade it'll be a shitload better than listening to Sean Connery saying "COMRADE" with a thick Scottish Accent.
