>aliens don't existwell explain this will you
>>539162158its a sloth you retard
>>539162158thats a brazilian, sweaty
>>539162158That looks like a cat skeleton.
>>539162239I thought it was an indian.
>>5391621583d Bzzzz
>>539162218Silly bobble. >>539162261That's precisely what it is.
>>539162261>>539162405It's clearly a 3D print of a car skeleton. >should have airbrushed/weathered the bones slightlyIf we assume it's not a simple prompt that wasted countless amounts of anons time + one lake got dried and two cities had to cut down their electricity consumption for it. Like, someone actually built a hundred billion+ nuclear power plant, just light a cigar. That's unprecedented levels of psychopathy combined with unprecedented low IQ. Amazing times.
>>539162597>*cat skeleton (kek)
>>539162158>cyclops doesn't existwell explain this will you
>>539162261>>539162405But cats are alien
>>539162597Skulls Unlimited has plenty of 3D skeletons of different animals, even of a Minke Whale.
>>539162158That's just an ordinary Borneo Harpy Bat with the feathers and the beak removed. No alien.
>>539162397>>539162597idiot here, how can you tell it's a 3d print
>>539162862Doesn't have wear marks from being inside a Cat.
>>539162933lol but there's too much detail in its textureand domestic cats aren't going to take a ton of abuse like in the wild
I suppose it does look a bit plastic
>>539163012With the tech we have now we can accurately reconstruct practically any vertebrate skeleton. Fish skeletons are rather tedious though.
>>539163045Here's a life-sized Minke Whale Replica Skull.
And a Short-Finned Pilot Whale Replica Skull.
>>539162862>>539162933Ways too crisp clean + plastic-esque. I have done PBR raytracing renders and getting bones to look right, isn't easy.>picrel bones have patina on them that's from being on display for sometime, but you can see how light scatters on the bones, unlike it scatters on a plastic / painted plastic..>Very subtle and needs a trained eye.
>>539162862It's not a 3-d print. It's just a bleached cat skelly. I had to do this in school with a beaver. The toenails are the dead giveaway. They do not bleach the same. Also, nobody would two-tone a 3-D print over some off white toe-nails. not worth the filament changes. Cat skellies are dirt cheap from biological suppliers.or weirdo road collectors. If it was a sabre tooth or something, resin or print would be common.
>>539163529It appears you are correct, not only are you correct, but they sell similar to what OP posted.
>>539163789Meant for >>539163641
>>539163789
>>539163820kek
>>539163837Sorry about that Suomabro. They did a very good job with the bleaching though. Basically a perfectly bleached skeleton.
>>539163911I say inconclusive, unless they dipped it also in paint. The refraction values seems off to me. Maybe in different setting, where there would be natural light, instead of studio spotlights and white background, this might look more natural. As it is now, I file it dubious.
>>539164012Turns out it's a real skeleton from reverse image searching. 10/10 job in my opinion because it fooled me.
>>539164130Apparently Cat's name was Vixen. https://www.reddit.com/r/skulls/comments/1ju4w8t/my_2_cats_skeletons_medically_articulated/
>>539162720No, octopuses are alien. Cats are just fellow mammals. Live birth of young and milk glands, how about them?
>>539164130>>539164228hmm..I stay on my inconclusive statement. If you're buying these, for your bookshelf, the bone density won't lie. I suppose it is a matter of price?>real taxidermy vs 3D printedUp to you(s).
>>539164263Even these are just very intelligent Molluscs.
>>539164402Honestly I should have a Cetacean Skull Collection.
>>539162158I look like this, but I don't do this.
