Following the coronavirus regulations, Germany is preparing a "flatten the curve" approach regarding water shortages. A drought expert claims that Germany is running out of water. The mayor of Munich ordered all fountains in the city to be sealed off.
The state intends to decide how much water an individual or a household may draw.
that sounds like something the WEF would do.

>In light of the drought and bans on water withdrawal, hydrologist Andreas Marx is calling for comprehensive monitoring of water use. The current drought is causing prolonged stress for the forest.

>Hydrologist and drought expert Andreas Marx of the Helmholtz Center for Environmental Research in Leipzig is calling for comprehensive monitoring of groundwater and surface water use. In light of dry soils and low groundwater levels, the researcher believes that “we in Germany should finally have a system in place to monitor who is withdrawing how much water from the ground—from groundwater as well as surface waters—and when.”

>Marx heads the German Drought Monitor, a map of Germany updated daily with data and model calculations on soil moisture conditions. “The situation is that in most regions of Germany—and even among most industrial companies that hold water rights—we don’t know exactly how much water they are extracting or when,” explains the hydrologist. In the past, he notes, this simply was never necessary. However, the federal government had already identified this as one of its guiding principles in its national water strategy in 2023.

>monitoring of groundwater
You are not allowed to dig holes into the ground.
So good thing to know what you can't use when you are thirsty.

The last time we had a drought and the riverbed dried up, not too far from here we found a old bridge in the river. Literal bridge under the water

>drought during summer
Like any summers ?
I remember when we were taught in school that summer is the dry season, and that without the dams and reservoirs releasing water during droughts, there would be no water in most rivers like in the past.
But the EU destroyed thousands of dams and reservoirs during the past 2 decades, and now out of nowhere there is no water anymore.
Really make you think !

Water management only works with fixed targets. Eventually you will run out of potable water if you put enough people on a well. Solution is to cull your herd. Use the aerosolized mercury to speed things up

If you want to continue to exist as a country,
