Why does it seem like every job sucks now? It seems like managers are untrained kids that absolutely cannot deal with and actually manage people. Most coworkers don't give a shit and actually get stuff done. Why and when did this begin. The coof changed things, sure, but that didn't make everything suck. Inflation has also ruined peoples ambition as the pay isn't worth it. The whole 20+ years I worked in that industry I also worked various trades and data entry jobs during the day. I have a lot of experience doing many things from IT work to operating heavy equipment. I know how to weld and I can do most trades. I have HVAC certification. This should all add up to a nice career managing maintenance in a manufacturing setting or numerous other things. It doesn’t. To even have a chance at a job that doesn't suck, you have to prove that you're at least in the top half of people and go to college and graduate.Even then, you have to go to a GOOD college and actually LEARN SHIT and network with other people and prove to them that you aren't a complete moron.So already, you've proven you're in the top 25% people at least and then you might get a shot at a fulfilling, lucrative career.
