We have this problem where I work. It basically all comes down to hiring managers refusing to hire anyone other than an experienced hire with the exact experience the job is.

Des Plaines. Niles. All fucked. Fuuuuuucked. The worst, though, the absolute worst is Naperville. They spent 20 years paying off those "Best Places to Live" list-making companies only to get completely raided by these people. They all read those lists and immediately moved themselves and their entire extended families into those new builds on the south and southwest side of Naperville. I've never seen anything like it. It's crazy. Schaumburg area and Naperville area are the worst. It's blatant and it's bad. As a person who grew up in the area, dude, it's unrecognizable. It's now just one giant strip mall, but with only Indians. Schaumburg now looks like Dallas but with Indians. Naperville is somehow miraculously keeping their downtown still together but if this keeps up, it's only a matter of time before the entire downtown of Naperville is overrun. The only thing saving Plainfield right now is how far out it actually is and how far away it is from the highways. Woodridge and Willowbrook are next. Darien probably. Burr Ridge. Westmont. All probably fucked. It's bad, dude.
