It's both, they're just not literally the same human being. male immigrants aged 18-54 steal jobs by accepting shit wages under the table that would otherwise need to pay their workers minimum wage and file their tax paperwork. once they become citizens their entire extended family follows them in and leeches welfare to become a burden on the system. Even if only one of those things was true you only need to look at the statistics for how many refugees are unemployed to see the problem.
