Egyptians, especially Egyptian Americans, are the biggest hypocrites. American taxpayers send Egypt just as many weapons as we do to Israel — literally billions per year. During the Gaza war, Egypt sent their army, with American weapons, to the Rafah border and threatened to kill any Palestinian who tried to flee the war zone. You could make a strong argument that the Iran war and the regional war of the last 3 years was caused by Egypt. The war in Gaza could have lasted a few weeks or just a few months if they actually had compassion for the people in Gaza. But yeah, at least Arab and Muslim Americans have the political will to try and make changes to our foreign policy. No one else is having an impact. They're more America First than most. Can't say I strongly support them, but it doesn't bother me they get elected.
