Ukraine supposedly fired 18 PAC-3 MSE (probably from Poland). Not even one interception happened.Russia needed rapid response to the warehouse hit, so it decided to use expensive ballistics. But the long term and much cheaper strategy should be creating infrastructure for daily swarm strikes with using reactive drones like Geran-3/4/5 and launching hundreds of them daily against critical infrastructure in Central-Western Ukraine, including Kiev, Lviv and other biggest cities.
