China is in deep deep decline, they are trying to hide it, but every single day makes them weaker and weaker. As Zeihan says, much of this is due to Trump, Zeihan doesn't like the man, but even he can admit that Trump has hurt China more than every other American president in history. The trade war that has buttfucked the chinese economy, the sanctions that have strangled the chinese tech industry to death and choking China off their oil supply, have all been due to Trump. All this adds up to the fact that by the time Trump leaves office, China will not exist anymore. Yes, Zeihan says that their pace of decline will be that fast, just 2 more years and China will disappear like a bad dream.
