>>539220149The energy released by burning fossil fuel is tiny in comparison to the energy of sun rays hitting earth. Because its so tiny its not even part of the man-made warming narrative. The narrative is that greenhouse gases "trap" the sun's energy, preventing it from radiating back to space. What scientists however fail to mention is that the earths atmosphere is not a locked glass dome like a real green house and it actually expands with increasing temperature, meaning the atmosphere grows further away from the ground and the sphere grows bigger with a wider surface. This increase of surface increases the total energy radiated away from earth into space. Thats why the amount of energy radiated per ground area stayed the same, while the overall energy radiated slightly increased. That means that the temperature of the whole earth itself stays the same, but you get a higher temperature in the lower atmosphere and more air movement due to the higher delta between lower and higher atmosphere, resulting in more temperature fluctuations.Earth is not heating up, the air is just getting warmer and moves faster. In urband environments where airflow is constricted it really does make you miserable, but otherwise its barely noticeable.
